These terms govern your use of Ereno. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Ereno.

What Ereno is

Ereno is a travel research service. Ask a question and it reads public sources, checks them against each other, and answers with a sourced, dated recommendation that says how certain it is. There is a free Wanderer plan and paid plans with more monthly trips and AI messages.

Ereno gives guidance, not professional advice. Ereno's answers, including on visas, taxes, healthcare, safety, and cost of living, can be incomplete or out of date and are not legal, immigration, financial, or medical advice. Verify anything important with the official source or a qualified professional before you rely on them or make a move.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Ereno for anything unlawful or harmful.
Attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
Scrape or resell the service or its output at scale.
Submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

Your content

You keep ownership of the questions and content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service, such as processing your questions to generate answers and storing your history. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and payment

Ereno offers a free Wanderer plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through our billing provider, and the price and plan details are shown before you subscribe. Founder rates for early members stay yours for as long as you keep the plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from inside the app, and cancelling stops future charges.

Availability and changes

This is an early product. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and the service may have downtime. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that answers are accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ereno is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email.
